Being aware of this fact will help us understand the dynamics of the manifestation process and the huge role that relaxation plays in conditioning our mind, increasing our vibration, and enhancing our ability to manifest our desires.
The Role of Relaxation in the Manifestation Process
We are all familiar with the three basic steps in the Law of Attraction which are:
People often wonder why their manifestation attempts are unsuccessful when they have already followed the three steps mentioned above. What they fail to understand is that they may have overlooked one of the most important steps in the manifestation process which is Relaxation.
Allowing our body and mind to relax enables us to be cleansed from the negative energy caused by tension, stress, and negative thoughts. This helps remove energy clogs, puts us in a peaceful state of being, and allows our spirit to vibrate in a higher frequency.
The principle of creation states that our reality is formed not only based on our thoughts but also based on our state of being. It is not possible to create a reality of abundance while we are rooted in a state of being of lack, desperation, and worry. The same is true with our health; it is impossible to attract good health while operating from a state of tension and stress.
This is why having a relaxed state of being is extremely important in the process of manifestation. You should be able to relax first, then manifest afterwards because your internal vibration needs to match the vibration of the physical realities you want to manifest.
As we let ourselves experience deep peace, happiness, and contentment, we slowly shift our awareness to the endless possibilities and opportunities available for us. This, then, gives birth to ideas, strategies, and positive feelings that motivate us to take inspired action towards achieving our goals and manifesting our desires.
Strategies for Relaxing Your Mind, Body, and Spirit
- Do some breathing exercises
Take slow deep breaths as you prepare for your Law of Attraction practice. Imagine yourself exhaling all the negative energy in your system and inhaling all the positive energy around you.
- Practice Meditation and Mindfulness
Meditation helps prepare your mind for manifesting by helping you to be aware of what is happening in the “now”. This practice usually results to feelings of contentment, happiness, and inner peace because it takes your mind off of the worries about the past and the future by helping you appreciate the blessings of the present moment.
Some people consider writing as an outlet. Putting your thoughts into writing is considered as a form of release. Likewise, it helps you become aware of your feelings and allows you to discover any deep seated emotional issues that are hindering you from manifesting the things you want.

Being grateful is one way of relieving the mind from any stress or tension it may be experiencing. Reminding yourself of your blessings generates feelings of joy, excitement, peace and other good feelings that will help you attract more positive things into your life.
- Listen to Relaxing Music
Music was found to have great benefits for the mind, body, and spirit. Studies suggest that music has a great ability to stimulate the regeneration of brain cells, improve the mood, motivation, and concentration, reduce stress and anxiety, and helps you sleep better.
Listening to a soothing music can aid in your relaxation as the frequency of the sound helps in healing, cleansing, and removing unwanted negative energy out of your system. Certain music like Solfeggio frequencies helps in achieving a relaxed state of being, allowing you to manifest your desires quickly and easily.
Every good thing starts from the inside, hence the saying “As within, so without”. The happiness, good health, financial abundance, and harmonious relationships are just physical manifestations of the wholeness that you feel within.
